One Bright Lestari is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu items, as well as maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and cooking meals to ensure high-quality standards.,Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.,Monitor food costs and ensure they are within budget.,Participate in inventory management and ordering.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and take direction.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
