📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee all culinary operations and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.

Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.

Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.

Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.

Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.

Proven track record of managing a successful kitchen team.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
