📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.,Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Managing budgets and resources, ensuring that the department operates within its allocated budget.,Reporting to senior management on departmental performance, providing regular updates and recommendations.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Representing the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
