📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales trends and customer preferences.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Train and mentor retail staff to ensure consistent service quality and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives.,Identify and address customer concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Promote and participate in sales promotions and events to drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
