📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the delivery of patient care and treatment plans as directed by registered nurses and physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist in the administration of medications and treatments.
  • Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and dressing changes.
  • Maintain patient records and update them as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the nursing unit.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a nursing program or equivalent training.
  • Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
  • Valid certification or license as a Junior Nurse (if available).
