📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews of staff to identify areas for improvement and provide training and development opportunities.,Manage and maintain store equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and aware of these policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations management.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
