📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation,Develop and implement menus that align with customer preferences and company goals,Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high standards of food quality and safety,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Lead and motivate the kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery,Continuously innovate and improve food preparation techniques

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
