📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Review financial statements and internal control systems to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks within the organization.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing standards.
