📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Maintain accurate financial records and submit reports to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
