In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of production.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production facility.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar production management role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
