Nusantara Medical is looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our medical supply business. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Assist in training and supervising store staff to maintain high levels of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role, preferably in the medical supply industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a strong advantage.
