📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agricultural business,Develop and implement business strategies to ensure growth and profitability,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for senior management,Implement and maintain efficient systems for inventory management and supply chain operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the agricultural industry,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage teams and resources effectively,Experience with financial management and budgeting,Familiarity with agricultural practices, technologies, and industry trends,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
