📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions,Assess and evaluate the performance of sales professionals,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals,Measure the impact of training programs and make data-driven improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering sales training programs,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training and development software and tools,Certifications in sales training or related fields are a plus
