In this role, you will use industry-standard tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks to manage financial data, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and conduct financial analysis. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant regulations, and for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage a team of accountants and financial analysts, providing guidance and support
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant regulations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial advice and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in accounting and financial reporting
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and other relevant financial regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
