📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain optimal workforce productivity.
• Optimize inventory management and procurement to minimize waste and costs.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, Clover, or Toast.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Certification in Food Safety (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
