📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and accessories.
• Use industry-standard tools and software, such as iFixit and uBreakiFix, for accurate and efficient repairs.
• Maintain and update repair documentation, including repair logs and customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques through continuous training and development.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly repair targets and maintain high-quality standards.
• Handle and manage inventory of repair parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of repair processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone repair or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various mobile brands and models, including iOS and Android devices.
• Familiarity with repair tools and software, such as iFixit and uBreakiFix.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Valid certification in mobile device repair (preferred but not required).
