📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Hotel Transit, KTV, and Nightclub, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
• Manage a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring that the venues are profitable and meeting their financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including health and safety, licensing, and employment laws.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure that the venues have the resources they need to operate effectively.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Lead and participate in team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple venues or high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends, including customer service, marketing, and financial management.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
