📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machine and other brewing equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure that we always have the freshest ingredients on hand.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Clean and maintain our café equipment to ensure it's always in top condition.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of our café.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to make and serve high-quality coffee drinks.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
