In this role, you'll oversee the development and implementation of hydrological and hydraulic models using advanced software such as HEC-RAS, MIKE, and InfoWorks. Your team will be responsible for conducting detailed hydrological and hydraulic analyses, ensuring the safety and efficiency of water infrastructure projects across Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of hydrologists and hydraulic engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of hydrological and hydraulic models using advanced software such as HEC-RAS, MIKE, and InfoWorks.
• Conduct detailed hydrological and hydraulic analyses to ensure the safety and efficiency of water infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hydrological and hydraulic solutions into broader infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in hydrology and hydraulic engineering.
• Represent Egis Group at client meetings and stakeholder engagements, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulic engineering, with a proven track record in leading teams and delivering high-quality projects.
• Certification in advanced hydrological and hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS, MIKE, or InfoWorks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian water regulations and environmental standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in working on large-scale water infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
