📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Reconcile payroll accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions and employee information.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Provide payroll support to the HR team, including processing employee changes and terminations.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates in payroll processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll accounting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in payroll accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or similar) is a plus.
