📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance operations of processing and packaging equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on processing and packaging equipment, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and implement safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data and performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures for maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, with a strong background in processing and packaging equipment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
