🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural lending or banking.
• Knowledge of Core Banking System and Loan Management Software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
