In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our commissary operations, ensuring that our food production processes run smoothly and efficiently. With your expertise, you’ll help us maintain our reputation as a leader in the food industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily food production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth production.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
Train and mentor junior staff on food production techniques and safety protocols.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Maintain accurate records of production and inventory, and prepare reports for management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in food production or a related field.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
Experience with food production software, such as SAP or similar systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
