📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring all activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s business goals and objectives.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ability to lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
